24-Hour Film Challenge March 2022

The Challenge

Make a short film that includes the line of Dialogue:
“I do all my own stunts but never intentionally”.

Duration

No shorter than 30 seconds and no longer than 3 minutes.

Time Frame

24 hours from 8 pm March 25th 2022.

You need to submit your film online to Kino Sydney by 8 pm Saturday,

March 26th 2022

Format

  • H.264, MP4 file
  • Maximum bitrate of 20 Mbps.
  • Maximum resolution of
  • Full HD / 1920 x 1080.
  • Audio levels with a maximum of -10dB
  • Please title the file with ‘YourName_FilmTitle_Kino#’ e.g.
    JohnLeonetti_MortalAnnihilation_Kino_158.

Dropbox, WeTransfer.

  • Films should not be an advertisement.
  • No home videos or showreels.
  • Make sure there are no copyright infringements
    regarding music or other elements in your film.
  • You must be 18+ to screen at Kino Sydney.

Make a vertical TikTok:

For a chance to win a trip to the Cannes International Film Festival and a
cash prize of up to 10,000 Euros. Shoot your movie vertically and upload it
with the hashtag #tiktokshortfilm on TikTok before April 8th.

Add "spring":

Using the theme spring in your movie means you can submit it to the Very
Short Film Festival. Cash prizes from $500 to $5K per category.
The 2022 signature is ‘SPRING‘, how you choose to sneak it into your film is
entirely up to you. A word or line, a season, an object, an action, anything!
The signature can be anything that alludes to ‘SPRING‘.
Your movie will need to be no less than 2minutes in this case.
